Stress Management – The Ayurvedic Way

Stress has become a major health concern with the advent of a fast-paced life in a competitive environment with a sedentary lifestyle. This adverse effect is considered to compromise both physical and psychological health.

The Ayurvedic wisdom equals mental wellbeing with physical wellness for holistic health. And according to Ayurveda, stress affects the Agni or digestive fire and impairs the metabolic system which vitiates doshas and affects the dhatus. The impact further attacks the ojas or body’s immunity to cause diseases.
