As an initiative of the Art of Living Foundation, Sri Sri Tattva Panchakarma benefits from the ageless wisdom and experience of helping people relieve stress and rediscover happiness in their life. Initiated by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to serve as a specialty centre of ancient Indian healing traditions, we also offer alternative cleansing therapies from around the world. Our treatment centre is a part of the sprawling Art of Living campus in Kanakapura, Bangalore. Accommodation lies within the centre and provides the perfect background for your energisation.
On offer are a wide range of wellness regimes as prescribed by ayurvedic practises. Rigorous detoxification, therapeutic massages, personalised diet and exercise programmes contribute towards building a lifestyle changing experience. We believe in the ability of the self to rejuvenate – we thus provide the right combination of therapy, diet, exercise and meditation to help coax out your inherent need to heal, cleanse, relax and feel alive in conscious harmony with yourself.
In our employment are qualified ayurvedic physicians, therapists and support staff to carry out the prescribed therapies and help you acclimatise to your newfound peace. Your current energy imbalances, physical and emotional well-being, and the energy constitution that establishes your body type, will all be thoroughly explored by our doctors. Our team works tirelessly to understand your personal goals and to be able to gently guide you in your transcendental journey towards good health and inner equilibrium.
Everyone here is surrounded by an aura of positive energy through regular practice of pranayama, meditation and Sudarshan Kriya®, the powerful rhythmic breathing technique. Sudarshan Kriya®, an integral part of the Art of Living Foundation, synchronizes the biological rhythms of the body and facilitates physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.

The stressful pace of modern life can take a toll on our health. To address this concern and bring balance in our lives, The Art of Living established Sri Sri Tattva Panchakarma. The magic of the 5,000 year old Ayurvedic system of medicine continues to work its wonders on the mind, body and spirit even today and it is our vision to bring the best of Ayurveda to meet contemporary needs.
Founded in 1981 by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, The Art of Living Foundation is a multi-faceted, non-profit educational and humanitarian NGO with a presence in over 150 countries. The foundation envisions a world that is engulfed in positivity and is free from stress. Breathing life into this vision, the foundation engages itself in diverse initiatives to uplift humanity by creating and maintaining individual, societal, national and global peace.
Apart from reviving the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has also created new techniques for personal and social transformation. These include the Sudarshan Kriya® which has helped millions of people find relief from stress and discover inner reservoirs of energy and peace in daily life.
