At the Sri Sri Tattva Panchakarma restaurant, our chefs work in symphony with the doctors and therapists to rustle up deliciously soulful food that meet the guests’ natural doshic inclinations. The cuisine is designed on a diet high in ‘Prana’ (the universal life force) – natural foods, freshly picked and organically cultivated in our own gardens. Personalized menus are created after consultation with the doctors and in accordance with the therapy or treatment of each guest. Every dish is a sensory indulgence and as prescribed in ayurveda, satiates each of the five senses. Additionally, there is an expert at the restaurant to give you a deeper insight into eating right as a way of life.

It identifies various attributes and inherent properties of different foods and its proportions, while monitoring the effects on different body constitutions and the effectiveness of healing processes.
