Our online Naturopathy packages allow you to become your own healer under the supervision and guidance of our Naturopath Dr Theerthika.

Naturopathy is a distinct type of primary care medicine that blends age-old healing tradition with scientific advances and current research. It is guided by a unique set of principles that recognise the body’s innate healing capacity. Naturopathy  emphasises disease prevention and encourages individual responsibility to obtain optimal health. It uses the healing power of nature to eliminate the root cause of all illnesses & chronic conditions – the build up of toxins in the body. NO MEDICINES ARE PRESCRIBED.

The primary role of a Naturopathic physician is that of an educator. As Thomas Edison so aptly put it, “The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest patients in the maintenance of the human frame, in diet, and in the prevention of disease.” It is more effective to teach, than treat patients.

Details about our online Naturopathy packages

During the online Naturopathy program, you will be taught extremely effective Yoga asanas. These are live sessions conducted by Dr Teerthika and each will last 45 minutes. She will also draw up a diet regimen which will suit your particular constitution and help speed your recovery. Dr Teerthika will also prescribe home based Naturopathy treatments such as chest pack, gastrohepatic pack, kidney pack, mud pack, facial steaming, arm and foot bath, hip bath and Sitz bath. Only that treatment which is most effective for you will be prescribed. And the best thing is that you can easily do all of these treatments by yourself in the comfort of your home.

Which health issues can be resolved?

Almost every ailment in existence can be resolved. To name a few: Weight Gain, Obesity, Thyroid Issues, High BP, PCOS, Arthritis (all kinds), Back & Cervical Pain, Constipation, Gastritis, Indigestion, Bloating, Slipped Disc – and many other health issues.

  • The therapies included in the package cannot be exchanged for any other treatments.
  • Kindly provide us with your preferred therapy time slots in advance. Please be aware that confirmation of therapy slots is subject to availability.
  • Any missed therapy appointments will not be rescheduled.
  • The Package offers services exclusively during the specified dates. Any services not utilized within this timeframe cannot be redeemed at a later time.
  • As its special season package, components cannot be adjusted with any other service or products.
  • Under any circumstances no refund / credit note will be issued.
  • 100% payment is mandatory 15 days prior to the check in date. If the payment is not made before 15 days, the rooms will be released.
