Health Solutions for Asthma

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the respiratory system that is characterised by sneezing, difficulty in breathing, and at times coughing. Vitiation of Kapha Dosha in the body restricts the healthy blood and airflow in the bronchial region, resulting in asthma.

According to Ayurveda, bronchial asthma originates in the stomach, then moves to the lungs and bronchi. Treatment focuses on moving excess Kapha back to the stomach and then eliminating it altogether. At Sri Sri Wellbeing, we customise treatments based on the individual person’s constitution and needs. Specific Pranayamas, dos and don’ts, and other lifestyle tips are shared. Our treatment modalities ensure a speedy recovery.

Your unique experience at Sri Sri Tattva Panchakarma begins with the centuries old method of pulse diagnosis – Nadi Pariksha. Based on the diagnosis, we offer personalized wellness regimes that cover the entire health spectrum – therapeutic massages, rigorous detoxification, customized diet plans, yoga, and meditation, along with lifestyle-changing advice. Nadi Pariksha is an ancient Ayurvedic technique of pulse diagnosis that accurately sizes up the current and future state of health. It is non-invasive and infallible, helping the Doctor address the root cause of health issues and not just the symptoms.

  • Any missed therapy appointments will not be rescheduled.
  • The Package offers services exclusively during the specified dates. Any services not utilized within this timeframe cannot be redeemed at a later time.
  • As its special season package, components cannot be adjusted with any other service or products.
  • Under any circumstances no refund / credit note will be issued.
  • 100% payment is mandatory 15 days prior to the check in date. If the payment is not made before 15 days, the rooms will be released.
